CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK. Contractor shall ensure compliance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA– 40 C.F.R § 763-99(7)) from all Subcontractors and materials suppliers, and shall provide a notarized certification to Owner that all equipment and materials used in fulfillment of their Contract responsibilities are non-Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM). This certification must be provided no later than Contractor’s application for Final Payment.
