Reference Government Debarment and Suspension (49 CFR Part 29) The Contractor certifies, by acceptance of this contract, that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in a Federally funded contract by any Federal department or agency. It further agrees by executing this contract that it will include this clause without modification in all lower tier transactions, solicitations, proposals, contracts, and subcontracts.
