Common use of CERTIFICATION OF NON-SEGREGATED FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION OF NON-SEGREGATED FACILITIES. By signing this Contract, the CONTRACTOR certifies that it does not maintain or provide for its employees any segregated facilities at any of CONTRACTOR’s establishments, and that CONTRACTOR’s employees are not permitted to perform their services at any location, under this Contract, where segregated facilities are maintained. The CONTRACTOR agrees that failure to abide this certification is a breach of this Contract.
