CERTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION. It is each nurse’s responsibility pursuant to the College of Nurses of Ontario to ensure that their certificate of registration is kept current and valid. Nurses shall provide copies of the renewal of their certificate of registration to the Corporation not later than February 15th of each year. Failure to provide confirmation of the renewal of their qualifications shall result in the nurse being placed on an unpaid non-disciplinary leave of absence for a period not to exceed three (3) months.
