CERTIFICATION REGARDING PUBLIC ENTITY CRIMES. Contractor affirms that at no time has it been convicted of a Public Entity Crime pursuant to Section 287.133(2)(a), Florida Statutes, and recognizes that such a conviction during the term of this Agreement shall be a material default and may result in termination of this agreement.
