Common use of Certification Requirement Clause in Contracts

Certification Requirement. An employee under this agreement must submit to the Executive Officer, Human Resources Services certifiedevidence which entiltes such member to the salary specified in the appropriate classification. An employee who has not submitted such certified evidence of qualification shall beplaced in an appropriate salary classification as determined by the Executive Officer, Human Resources Services.
