Certification Status Sample Clauses
The Certification Status clause defines the requirements and obligations regarding the possession and maintenance of specific certifications by a party, typically in the context of compliance, professional qualifications, or regulatory standards. It usually requires one or both parties to confirm that they currently hold, and will continue to hold, certain certifications necessary for performing their contractual duties. For example, a vendor may need to maintain ISO certification or a professional license throughout the contract term. This clause ensures that all parties meet agreed-upon standards, thereby reducing risk and ensuring ongoing compliance with industry or legal requirements.
