CERTIFICATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS. As applicable to this Contract, Contractor certifies and affirms by entering into this Contract that these certifications and affirmations apply to Contractor, and all of Contractor's principals, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, owners, agents, employees, subcontractors, independent contractors, and any other representatives who will provide services under or who have a financial or other interest in this Contract.
