Certifications/Qualifications Required. i) ACI Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician, Level I or II for the tests being performed. ii) Supervisors or Laboratory Directors shall be qualified as follows: (1) For projects under the jurisdiction of the New York City Department of Buildings, the supervisor, or laboratory director, shall be qualified in accordance with 1RCNY 101-07, Paragraph (6)(ii). (2) For projects performed under the Building Code of New York State, the supervisor or Laboratory Director shall be a licensed design professional and further qualified in accordance with ASTM E329.
