Cessation of Processing. Copper will stop Processing Customer Personal Information if at any time it is determined by a Supervisory Authority that Copper is not Processing such Customer Personal Information in compliance with the Agreement, including this DPA.
Cessation of Processing. Developer acknowledges and agrees that City may, in its sole discretion, cease processing the Proposed Project and all negotiations in connection with the proposed Development Agreement, if a. this Agreement is terminated by either party following notice and expiration of any applicable cure periods as provided herein; or b. failure to pay such Eligible Costs to City in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of such Invoice; or c. the Deposit amount is reduced to zero and Developer fails to replenish the Deposit upon notice by City. Developer further covenants and agrees that if City ceases processing the Proposed Project applications for any of the foregoing reasons, Developer shall not directly or indirectly initiate any litigation against City or its employees, agents, or volunteer for the failure to process or for delay in processing such applications following such Agreement termination.

Applicant fails to pay Costs to City in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of an Invoice; or b. The Security Deposit amount is reduced to zero and Applicant fails to replenish the Security Deposit upon request by City. Applicant further agrees that if City ceases processing the Project for any of the foregoing reasons, Applicant shall not directly or indirectly initiate any litigation against City or its employees, agents, or volunteer for the failure to process or for delay in processing such applications.

Related to Cessation of Processing

  • Duration of Processing Subject to any Section of the DPA and/or the Agreement dealing with the duration of the Processing and the consequences of the expiration or termination thereof, Data Processor will Process Personal Data for the duration of the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Suspension and termination of procedure 1. The disputing Parties may agree to suspend the work of the Panel at any time for a period not exceeding 12 months following the date of such agreement. At any time prior to the release of the Panel report, the Parties may agree to terminate the procedures before a Panel by jointly notifying the chair of the Panel on this respect.
