CFIUS Information Requests. Each Member acknowledges and agrees that it shall cooperate with any requests for information from the Administrator made from time to time for the purpose of determining compliance with this Article III.13

Each Limited Partner acknowledges and agrees that it shall cooperate with any requests for information from the General Partner from time to time for the purpose of determining compliance with this Section 10.29 and with the DPA.
