Common use of CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, substantially in the form attached as Annex D hereto.

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer Chief Financial Officer with respect to certain financial information data contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information Prospectus and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, substantially in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the form attached as Annex D heretoRepresentatives.

On the date of this Agreement and on at the Closing DateTime, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, signed on behalf of the Company by its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial information data contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, substantially in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the form attached as Annex D heretoRepresentatives.

CFO Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and on the First Closing Date or the applicable Option Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial information data contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information Prospectus and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, substantially in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the form attached as Annex D hereto.Representatives.]1

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives Representative a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial information data, contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, substantially in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the form attached as Annex D heretoRepresentative.
