Common use of CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO Certificate. On the date hereof and on each Closing Date, the Company shall have furnished to you, as Representative of the several Underwriters, a certificate, dated as of such date, signed on behalf of the Company by its chief financial officer, regarding certain financial information included in or incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus, respectively, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to you.

CFO Certificate. On the date hereof of this Agreement and on each Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to you, as Representative of the several Underwriters, Underwriters a certificate, dated as the respective dates of such datedelivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, signed on behalf of the Company by its chief financial officer, regarding Chief Financial Officer with respect to certain financial information included data contained in or incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, respectivelyproviding “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to youthe Underwriters.

On the date hereof and on each Closing Date, the Company there shall have been furnished to you, as Representative Representatives of the several Underwriters, a certificate, dated as of such dateClosing Date and addressed to you, signed on behalf by the chief financial officer of the Company by its chief financial officerCompany, regarding with respect to certain financial information included data contained in or incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, respectivelyproviding “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to you.
