CGMP Amendment. If the Director determines to accept the CGMP Submittal, following negotiations at the election of the Director in his sole discretion and subject to approval by the Director, the Parties will enter into the CGMP Amendment and the CGMP Amendment Date will be established hereunder. Subject to the appropriation of funds, the Director has the authority to enter into a CGMP Amendment. Upon the Director’s approval of a CGMP Amendment, the CGMP Amendment shall become a part of this Contract for all purposes.

  • Waiver; Amendment Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no amendment or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party to be bound thereby. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provision nor shall any waiver of any provision of this Agreement constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.

  • Agreement Amendment If either party hereto requests to amend this agreement, it shall notify the other party in writing, and the other party shall respond within one week. All amendments of this agreement must be made in writing by both parties, and such amendments shall be deemed as inseverable parts of this agreement.
