Challenge Resolution. Should the decision of the Foundation fail to resolve the challenge, then the Union shall, within ten (10) working days of receipt of the Foundation’s decision, advance the matter to the Umpire, provided such challenge has been properly processed in accordance with the time periods specified in this section.
