Change Forms. Requests for changes shall be submitted in form acceptable to Owner or Owner’s Representative. In addition, the Owner's internal procedures may require the Owner to issue a purchase order (sometimes referred to as purchase order change) to Contractor in connection with the approval for any changed work. Such purchase order may include its own separate terms and conditions. However, any terms and conditions included with any purchase order shall be void and have no effect, and the terms and conditions of the Change Announcement(s), and Contract Documents shall govern the relationship between the Owner and Contractor for this Project and shall apply to all Work, including any changes to the Work. Contractor's requests for changes shall be submitted in form acceptable to Owner.
