We may ask you to execute and deliver to us new account resolutions and signature cards before the change is made effective. You should also notify us in writing of any change in your address. We may continue to honor instructions we receive until we (1) actually know of the change in the officers or signing authorities and (2) have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that knowledge.
