Change in Accounting Policies. The Servicer shall notify the Deal Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders of any material change in or amendment to the Servicer’s adjusted accounting policies with respect to the Loans that were adopted as of January 1, 2020 within ten (10) days after the date such change or amendment has been made.
