Change in Control Severance Agreement. The Parties hereto agree that Executive’s transition from his current position of Executive Vice President and CFO to Executive Advisor, as described under this Agreement, shall not constitute an “Other Termination” as that term is defined in the Change in Control and Severance Agreement between the Parties, dated October 23, 2014 (“CIC”).
