Change in Credit and Collection Policy. The Seller will not make any change in the Credit and Collection Policy that would reasonably be expected to materially and adversely impact the validity, enforceability, value or collectibility of any material portion of the Pool Receivables, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Purchasers, other than any such material changes required by applicable Law. Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Seller or Master Servicer will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser.

Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Seller or Master Servicer Borrower will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each PurchaserLender.
