Common use of Change in Credit and Collection Policy Clause in Contracts

Change in Credit and Collection Policy. The Servicer will not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy that could reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables, the credit quality of any Receivable, or its ability to perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Group Agents, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Servicer will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent.

Change in Credit and Collection Policy. The Servicer Except to the extent required by Applicable Law (in which case each Servicers shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent), the Servicers will not make any material change in to the Credit and Collection Policy that could would reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables, the credit quality of any Receivable, or its ability to perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents have a Material Adverse Effect without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Group Agents, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Promptly following any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Servicer Servicers will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy identifying such material change to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent.

Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Servicer will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent).
