Change in Disclosures. Contractor shall notify the Exchange with respect to any material changes in its provider network as of and throughout the term of this Agreement with respect to prior disclosures made by Contractor in its Proposal. For purposes of this Agreement, a material change in the disclosures shall relate to an event or other information that may reasonably impact Contractor’s ability to perform under this Agreement in comparison with the information previously disclosed by Contractor in the Proposal.
