Common use of Change in Duties Clause in Contracts

Change in Duties. The principal duties of the Employee, as specified in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement, may be changed at any time by the mutual consent of the Employer and the Employee. Notwithstanding any such change, the employment of the Employee shall be construed as continuing under this Agreement as modified.
