Change in Eligibility Status. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that if a change in enrollment status causes the Resident to no longer meet the eligibility requirements for Graduate House, that they will inform the Graduate House Office immediately and will be subject to Sections 4.3 and 4.4. Entry into this Agreement authorizes the ▇▇▇▇, Director, or their designate(s) to verify academic enrollment and standing for the purpose of determining eligibility for occupancy.
