Change in Information. Guarantor shall immediately notify MCE and, if requested by MCE, one or more Lenders of any changes in the information provided in this Agreement (including the Attachments hereto), and shall immediately notify MCE upon discovering that any of the representations or warranties made herein were false when made or has, as a result of changes in circumstances, become false as of any time prior to the Withdrawal Date.
