Common use of Change in Law Clause in Contracts

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws by-laws of the Company, as amended, Company and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee the Employee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws By-laws of the Company, as amended, Company and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

To the extent that a change in applicable state law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws organizational documents of the Company, as amended, Company and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable state law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws organizational documents of the Company, as amended, Company and this Agreement, ​ Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader advancement or indemnification rights than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, Certificates of Incorporation or Bylaws By-Laws of the CompanyCompanies, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Certificate of Incorporation and/or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement shall be deemed to be automatically amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, Declaration of Trust or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms tonus of the Charter, as amended, Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws of the CompanyCorporation, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. 16.1 To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws Memorandum and/or Articles of Association of the Company, as amended, Company and this AgreementDeed, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement Deed shall be deemed to be amended to such extentextent with effect from the date the change in law becomes effective.

To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, Restated Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

Change in Law. To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, Indemnitee Founder shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification or advancement of expenses than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or Bylaws of the Company, as amended, Organizational Documents and this Agreement, Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and advancements, and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.

To the extent that a change in applicable law (whether by statute or judicial decision) shall permit broader indemnification than is provided under the terms of the Charter, as amended, or the Bylaws of the Company, as amended, and this Agreement, the Indemnitee shall be entitled to such broader indemnification and this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to such extent.
