Change in Laws and Compliance with Laws. Performing Agency shall comply with all laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines applicable to a state agency performing work as required by the Contract, as these laws, regulations, requirements, and guidelines currently exist and as amended throughout the term of the Contract. Change in Laws and Compliance with Laws.
