Common use of Change in Location Clause in Contracts

Change in Location. Not, without providing 30 days prior written notice to the Agent and without filing such amendments to any previously filed financing statements as the Agent may require, (a) change the location of its chief executive office and chief place of business (as well as its books and records) from the locations set forth on Schedule 4(a) hereto, (b) change the location of its Collateral from the locations set forth for such Obligor on Schedule 4(b) hereto, or (c) change its name, be party to a merger, consolidation or other change in structure or use any tradename other than as set forth on Schedule 4(c) attached hereto.
