Common use of Change in Location Clause in Contracts

Change in Location. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall notify ITCA in writing at least thirty (30) days before changing locations. This Agreement is not transferable between locations. In such instances, ITCA may terminate this Agreement, except that ITCA may permit Vendors to move short distances without terminating this Agreement.
