Without giving at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Lender, the Borrower shall not: (a) change its name, federal employer's identification number, jurisdiction of organization or form of business association; (b) change the location of its place of business (or chief executive office if more than one place of business); or (c) add to or change any location at which any of the Fixtures is stored, held or located.
