Change in Payment Instructions to Obligors. The Servicer will not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding where payments in respect of Contracts are to be made, unless the Deal Agent has consented to such change and has received duly executed documentation related thereto.

The Servicer will not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding where payments in respect of Contracts are to be mademade with respect to the Collateral Portfolio to the Collection Account, unless the Deal Administrative Agent has consented to such change and has received duly executed documentation related thereto(other than, with respect to the Initial Loan Assets, any change which consists solely of directing Obligors or the agents on the Initial Loan Assets to direct payments to the Collection Account).

The Servicer will not make any change in its instructions to (i) the Obligors regarding where payments in respect of Contracts are to be made, unless made to the Borrower or the Servicer or payments to be made to the Lockbox or Master Collection Account without prior written notice of such change to the Deal Agent has consented and (ii) any ABS Trust regarding payments to be made with respect to the related ABS Assets without prior written notice of such change and has received duly executed documentation related theretoto the Deal Agent.
