Change in Payment Instructions. The Borrower will not terminate the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts, or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any invoice, notice to an Obligor or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to the Receivables to be made to the Borrower, the Lender or the Master Servicer, except upon the prior and express direction of the Program Manager or the Lender.
