Common use of Change in Payment Instructions Clause in Contracts

Change in Payment Instructions. No Borrower shall terminate or suffer or permit the termination of any of the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts or make any change or replacement (1) in the instructions contained in any Notice or otherwise (2) regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts (3) in the Standing Revocable Instruction referred to in the Depositary Agreements or otherwise or (4) regarding payments to be made to the Agent except upon the prior and express written direction of the Agent.
