Common use of Change in Payment Instructions Clause in Contracts

Change in Payment Instructions. The Borrower will not terminate the Primary Provider Account, the Borrower Lockbox Account, any Government Lockbox Account or any Government Lockbox or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any invoice, Notice or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to the Receivables to be made to the Borrower, the Lenders or the Master Servicer, except upon the prior and express direction of the Program Manager.
