Change in professional client status. If the Account holder is classified as a professional client, they must keep the Bank informed of any change which could have an impact on their classification. If the Bank is informed that the Account holder no longer meets the initial requirements under which they were classified as a professional client, it may take all necessary steps, including changing the client’s category to retail client.

  • Independent Status The employees, volunteers, or agents of each party who are engaged in the performance of this Agreement will continue to be employees, volunteers, or agents of that party and will not for any purpose be employees, volunteers, or agents of the other party.
