Change in Subscriber’s representations and warranties. All of the information set forth hereinabove with respect to the Subscriber and including, without limitation, the acknowledgements, representations and warranties set forth hereinabove, is correct and complete as of the date hereof and, if there should be any material change in such information prior to the acceptance of this subscription Agreement by the Company, the Subscriber will immediately furnish the revised or corrected information to the Company. 4.1 Subscriber's declarations as an "Accredited Investor" if resident in the United States.
