Common use of Change in Terms Clause in Contracts

Change in Terms. Changes to this Agreement will be provided to the customer in one (1) mailing, between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of the changes. If you do not respond to the mailing, Clearview Energy may implement the changes described to your account.
