Common use of Change in Terms Clause in Contracts

Change in Terms. A. This AGREEMENT may be amended or modified only by mutual written agreement of the parties. B. CONSULTANT shall only commence work covered by an amendment after the amendment is executed and notification to proceed has been provided by LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator. C.
