Common use of Change in working hours Clause in Contracts

Change in working hours. Upon giving a minimum of one (1) week's notice, where practicable, to the Association and the individuals concerned, the Company may change the starting and stopping times of shift or regular work week by up to one (1) hour. This pertains to both a general change or a change for individuals or groups of individuals. Any change in starting or stopping times not covered by the above will be made by mutual consent of the Company and the Association. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
