Common use of Change Notices Clause in Contracts

Change Notices. The Department may modify the RFQ, prior to the proposal due date, by issuing Change Notices, which will sent via email to all organizations that properly notify the District Attorney’s Office that they have downloaded the RFQ by sending an email with their contact information to the following address: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ The proposer shall be responsible for ensuring that its proposal reflects any and all Change Notices issued by the Department prior to the proposal due date regardless of when the proposal is submitted.
