Change of Company Name Following Termination. Upon or prior to the Cessation Date, Licensee shall and shall cause its Affiliates to (i) take all steps necessary, and reasonably cooperate with Licensor and/or its Affiliates, to de-register any of Licensee’s or its Affiliates’ corporate or trade names that incorporate the Licensed ▇▇▇▇ and to cancel any recordation of this Agreement with any Governmental Authorities; and (ii) change its corporate and trade name to a name that does not include the Licensed ▇▇▇▇ or any confusingly similar name or ▇▇▇▇ or any variation or derivation thereof.
