Common use of Change of Corporate Name Clause in Contracts

Change of Corporate Name. To the extent permissible under applicable Law, concurrently with the Closing, Company shall change its corporate name to a new name bearing no resemblance to its present name so as to permit the use of its present name by Buyer.
