Change of Depositor’s Name. The Depositor will notify the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee at least ten days before any change in the Depositor’s name that could make a financing statement filed under this Section 9.1 seriously misleading under Section 9-506 of the UCC. The Depositor will promptly file amendments to all previously filed financing statements.
