Common use of Change of Fees Clause in Contracts

Change of Fees. Inugo may change the fees referred to in clause 11.1 in accordance with the following process: (a) Inugo shall give notice of any change of fees to the Customer not later than 30 Days before that change is to take effect; (b) if the fee is increased by the notice, the Customer may, within 30 Days after notice is given by Inugo, give notice to Inugo terminating the Contract, and the Contract shall terminate 30 Days after the Customer gives that notice. If the Customer gives that notice, any increase in fees shall not take effect.
