Common use of Change of Name or Location Clause in Contracts

Change of Name or Location. The Pledgor agrees that it shall not change its name or Location, unless (x) the Pledgor shall have given the Collateral Agent not less than 30 days’ prior notice thereof and (y) such change shall not cause any of the security interests granted hereunder to become unperfected, cause the Collateral Agent to cease to Control any of the Collateral consisting of Investment Property or subject any Collateral to any other Lien.
