Change of Ownership. The Owner may, by written Request, change the Ownership. The Company shall not be bound by any change of Ownership unless it is made in writing in a form satisfactory to the Company and recorded. A change in Ownership will take effect as of the date the written Request is signed, unless otherwise specified by the Owner subject to payments made or actions taken by the Company prior to receipt of the Request. The change is subject to any action taken or payout made by the Company before the change was recorded.
