Change of Paying Agents. give notice to the Noteholders and to the Trustee of any appointment, resignation or removal of any Paying Agent after having obtained the written approval of the Trustee thereto, or of any change of any Paying Agent’s Specified Office and at least 30 days prior to such event occurring, in each case subject to the terms of the Agency Agreement;
