Common use of CHANGE OF PRICE Clause in Contracts

CHANGE OF PRICE. Supplier agrees that all prices and charges will be consistent with the Agreement. The prices and charges quoted by Supplier do not include state or federal excise, sales or use taxes (if any). All such taxes in effect or hereafter levied, which are applicable to the order, are in addition to such prices and will be paid by Buyer.
