Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Certificate Holders, Lessee and Administrative Agent, if Lessor's principal place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Overall Transaction are kept, shall cease to be located at the address set forth on Schedule III, or if it shall change its name or identity.
