CHANGE OF VESSEL. If Owner intends to substitute a different vessel for that referred to, the Port gives no assurance that the berthage assignment designated will accommodate such other vessel or that another berthage assignment will be available. Therefore, no vessel shall be substituted for that referred to without the prior approval of the Port. If the vessel represented is moored in another berth, it will be subject to monthly moorage fees, unless specifically authorized by the Port.
CHANGE OF VESSEL. 3.5.1 The Operator shall be entitled to provide the Approved Services employing a vessel other than ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ but no substitute or replacement vessel shall commence provision of the Approved Services or any part thereof until the Scottish Ministers have approved the use of such substitute or replacement vessel and the Operator has obtained and has provided to the Scottish Ministers in relation to that substitute vessel all of the following documents all in form and substance satisfactory to the Scottish Ministers: (a) a charterparty or other evidence of the Operator’s entitlement to the employment of such vessel as contemplated; (b) evidence of insurance at least equivalent to that required for the specified Vessel; (c) all Certificates required by the MCA or other relevant regulatory body; and (d) such other information as the Scottish Ministers may reasonably require to satisfy themselves that the proposed vessel is capable of providing the Approved Services; provided that in the event of emergency or the need to employ a substitute or replacement vessel on a day which is not a Business Day the Operator may supply such documents on the following Business Day. 3.5.2 Notwithstanding provision by the Operator of the documents referred to in Clause 3.5.1, the Scottish Ministers may before giving their approval inspect such vessel (or may arrange for another person to inspect such vessel on their behalf) and such vessel shall not commence provision of the Approved Services until the Scottish Ministers have advised the Operator that such vessel is approved.
CHANGE OF VESSEL. Should the Permit Holder wish to change the vessel the Sailing Committee’s written agreement must be sought prior to the vessel being brought into the Club’s mooring area. Agreement may, without limitation, be conditional upon: - a) acceptable proof of ownership being produced. b) the vessel’s compatibility.
CHANGE OF VESSEL. If the Licensee wishes to substitute another vessel for the Vessel described in the Booking then it must make a new Booking enquiry on the Licensor’s website.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Change of Vehicle 7.1 We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior Vehicle at no extra cost where unforeseen circumstances dictate. This shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the renter to any refund. 7.2 Should the renter decide to downgrade their Vehicle from that originally booked they will not be entitled to any refund.

  • Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift. (b) (applicable to regular part-time employees only) Where a regular part-time employee's scheduled shift is cancelled by the Hospital with less than twelve (12) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.   • Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.
